ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Salary Range: $150,000–$180,000/year + equity
Start Date: As soon as possible
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, train, and tune diffusion models for video generation (e.g., Runway’s Gen-2).
- Design a ML pipeline for inference that is scalable for production.
- Deploy models by collaborating with AI researchers on product teams.
- Optimize the use of GPUs for large-scale training jobs
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3+ years of ML engineering experience (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Published work at CVPR, NeurIPS, or SIGGRAPH (preferred)
- Distributed training (multi-node and/or FSDP)
- Excited about creative applications of AI!
